Beginners Course
New 8-week Beginners Course starting on January 27th. In the programme you will have a personal mobility assessment, customised strength and cardio sessions with two coaches every Monday and Wednesday, plus one complimentary Pilates class per week.
The course is ideal for anybody who is nervous to come into in a gym environment or doesn't feel safe training with an injury or just need a little bit more attention with your form.

Complex Training with Coach Cusack
Coach Cusack is bringing a way of training that you haven't seen in Naas area.

Embodied Yoga Classes
Fiona Aldwell is a certified yoga teacher and a member of The Allyway. From July on, Fiona will offer gentle flow Yoga practice for all levels here at the gym every Tuesday at 7.30am.
"A lot of prep work goes on to ensure a safe and effective environment for our classes. Yamika Yoga prioritises the support and well-being of each individual during our morning practice." says Fiona.
The classes are a welcoming and supportive space for you to explore the magic of yoga at your own pace. You'll improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, while feeling invigorated and empowered.
