Beginners Course
Learn the fundamentals of training while reducing gym anxiety
We get it. Gyms can be intimidating, and it's tough to know where to begin, especially if you're recovering from an injury or haven't exercised in a while. That's where our Beginners Course comes in.
Our program is designed to:

Make exercise feel achievable and enjoyable, not daunting

Teach you proper technique to avoid injuries

Help you manage any existing pain

Prepare you to confidently join regular fitness classes

What you'll get:

Personal Training: Max 6 people per class, so you get plenty of personalised attention from our two coaches.

Mobility Assessment: 1-on-1 coaching session to identify movement limitations and develop a customised home routine for improved joint health.

Convenient schedule: Two mandatory sessions per week on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7pm, with an optional Pilates class for a well-rounded workout.

Complimentary Pilates Session: You don't have to go but the option is there if you felt you wanted to take it. It's a lovely way to end the week and recover from training if necessary.

Expert guidance: Our coaches will create a personalised programme tailored to your fitness level and goals, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

Supportive community: You'll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are also starting their fitness journeys.

If Saturday morning Pilates class doesn't suit you, you can join any of our Pilates classes from Monday to Friday.

How much?
€500 (instalments available, contact us to discuss)
You will get 2 personal training session per week + a bonus pilates class every Saturday during the course for less than €63 (per week).

If you’re a physio, our course can also serve as a bridge between you and mainstream gym-goers, helping them work through their injuries and get back to their regular workout routine.

I started Ally's beginner course to get back into exercising after having health issues for a number of years. It was the best decision I've ever made. The course is very personal and designed to suit your own abilities and strength, which I loved.
The beginners course gave me the confidence to get back to doing some training that I had been putting off for a long time as I could not find the right fit for me. I feel the Allyway welcomes everyone at all levels and the beginners course is the best place to start.
Since doing the beginner course I now train three times a week in the Allyway. I love all the sessions I attend and all the lovely chats we have. I can now safely weight lift after doing the beginners course and can see a huge improvement in my mobility and strength.
